I traded my '08GT for a '11GT two weeks ago. This GT is by far the nicest GT I've ever owned; I've owned 4. Obviously this GT is the fastest STOCK GT but the handling, superb, comfort is great, would be excellent except for the plastic pieces on the upper door panel. I got the Grabber Blue and had black stripes put on it. I didn't like the Grabber Blue until I seen it in person. The 6 speed took me a day or two to get used to; never drove/owned a 6 speed car. It shifts great, the shifts are short and clutch pedal pressure is easy on the leg; I have foot issues. I think you will be happy with the GT if you like speed, comfort and people staring at you.

Good morning Wally,
I recently sold my '07 GT and thought I was over the Mustang bug but after a month or so I just couldn't help myself and bought a 2011 GT/CS. I can't believe how much more refined the ride is. Don't know what Ford did to the suspension to improve things and the 19" wheels must enter the picture in a positive way. Ford still uses solid axle in the rear with torsion bars which I like. Now, my '07 had a tendency to want to slide out in a high speed sweeper curve and always felt unstable beyond a certain point. This 2011 just doesn't have this feeling of wanting to suddenly swing out in the rear end department. Wish I knew how Ford achieved this. Oh, I still like my '07, it just had great spirit.

Jim

I will test drive the GT again today! Since my wife will drive it a lot as well, I have to go with auto transmission. Wish their was a "Tiptronic" like option. I am also considering the CS package.
