My First Car
Hi everyone,
I am 18 years old and my parents just purchased me a 2006 Mustang v6. I am the luckiest kid in the world right now =D. I wanted to get on the forums and join other Mustang lovers around the world. I am so happy this is my first car. I have been driving my dads truck for the past three years to gain my parent's trust for it.
I have a question though, my car is not a v8, but I want it to be fast. What can I do to it? I was thinking, of course, a K&N air intake, headers, and a good supercharger. But I am still looking at brands. What do you all think? I feel like there is some kind of delay when I floor it.
Now, do you think a v6 mustang is less mustang then a v8? Or does it just matter by personal preference?

Welcome! I'm in the same ball park as you in a way, and I'm 18 as well. I got a 07 mustang but my budget right now won't go with anything performance wise. If you got any questions I might be able to help just hit me up with a message or just ask away on the 05-11 section.
