New member hello
Hello all,
Never owned a Ford (even though that's my name) in my life until Friday when my wife talked me into an '07 GT Premium. Once I learn to drive it I may start to like it. I've been driving manual gearboxes all my life and never had one that I found so difficult to take off smoothly with consistency. Is this common with this car? I'm sure it will get better with familiarity.
Fun little car. Turns into a little beast up in its peak HP range-

I think I may know what OP is talking about;
I absolutely HATE how soft my accelerator is... it feels like a feather!
now, don't get me wrong I don't want to have to nail the pedal.. but i do wish I knew if they made a tighter spring or something to counter this.....
