Came Back
Hello all just showing off my new 2011 Mustang GT.

A few years ago I leased a v6 mustang that I enjoyed. After that I bought a 2005 WRX STI. It's sitting pretty in my garage right now. That's my offroad toy. I participated in a lot of autocrosses and rallycrosses in that vehicle.

Now I have my new beast, 2011 Mustang GT.
It's been a while, but what is everyone's opinion of autocross and rallycross on this board? When I was an active member here, it was all about drag drag drag, which is cool, but I got bored of that rather quickly. I took my stock V6 stang on a couple of autocrosses and one rallycross, lol. Boy did it get dirty.
When the warranty runs out, I'm going to mod the 2011 Stang GT with intentions to rallycross. I want to show my fellow Subaru friends that a Stang GT can handle these courses. =)

Welcome! I'm more of a road racing person myself, but I'd be interested to hear how the new 'Stang does off-road. Hopefully the new handling enhancements help her out, though I'm not sure how well RWD will do off-road vs. AWD. Best of luck to you.
