Default New to Mustangs New to Cars HELP!

Hey guys!!

Not only am I a new mustang owner, but I know nothingggg about cars.

Now that I have a car I really really wanted, and i really love, I want to learn!!

Bare with me, and I need things "dumbed down".

I honestly don't even know what model my car is.
1998 pictures below. Not a cobra, but gt or coupe? How can I tell? And how do I know what was bought after the car, or was on it when it was brand new? My boyfriend said the spoiler was added on?

A couple questions.. sorry they probably sound dumb, but I'm just learning and def want to learn!!

When keeping up the maintenance, anything better mustang specific? Better brands for oils/filters, etc?

What about sites for things like seat covers, any good just mustang sites for things like that?

I'll need tires in about 4-5 months.. any recommendations? I drive mainly highly, 55 miles just from work to home round trip + 5 times a day. Florida so don't need snow tires.

My cousin said I should get it ECU tuned? In easy to understand terms what does that mean? Or do? Anyone gotten this done for their mustang?

Any good easy to understand books or anything recommended?

What about putting a new radio? The radios still really great and the speakers are too, but any good brands better for mustang. And I have a cd player and tape, is that normal for the mustang.. just had never seen both in a car before.

Any help would be appreciated I want to keep this beauty running good for as long as possible. Oh right now 107K. THANKS!!! And here's pictures:

It's a 6 banger coupe. Nice color too!

www.americanmuscle.com is a good site to browse for parts/mods.

And far as learning basics about cars, Cars for Dummies book is actually quite well written. I bought it for my wife back when we started dating as she wanted to understand half of what the hell I was talking about with cars. I read it too and actually learned some new stuff too.

Just wondering were you are in Florida, as there is a large group of owners in central/south Florida that can help ya out. Not sure about north Florida though.
