Name is Austin. I live in Wisconsin.

I used to own a '99 GT Convertible 35th Ann edition Mustang. Decided to sell it to buy a boat back in 2002.

Anyways, I joined here because I miss having my Mustang and am now starting the search for a replacement.

Currently, I have a 2011 Kia Soul with 8900 miles I am looking to sell or trade.

My budget is about $10,000.00.

I'm looking for feedback on the year and mileage I can expect to get for my budget. Also, if there are any years between 2000-2004 I should avoid due to common, expensive issue.

I found a 2001 Black on black (with black top) GT convertible.

58,400 miles, Automatic

Asking price is $9,995.00

I think they may be asking a little too much, thoughts?

Seems high to me, but it looks like a very clean car.

Every other one in my price range that is currently on Autotrader, cars.com or carsoup are either more miles or salvage titles.

I am going to beat him up on his price and see where I get him
