New Member...no mustang yet
Hi guys. I'm new to the forum and would like to get more info on the Shelby GT500. I currently have a 2009 Infiniti G37 sedan and I'd like to get back into sport cars (I had a 97 Pontiac Formula 7 years ago).
I now have a 3-year old that has to ride comfortably in the back seat in a booster seat, with my wife in the passenger seat. Hopefully the Mustang will work!
I initially looked at the new Camaro, but hated the visibility and cheap feeling interior.
Anyway, looking forward to future ownership!

Back seat will be ok until your child gets to be about 6-7 yrs old. That's when mine started complaining about no leg room, it is tight back there.
Check out the S197 Shelby section, it's in Ford Mustang Tech under the 2005-2012 section.
BTW, Welcome to MF

Thanks guys! It's nice to have a welcome...some other GT500 forums don't seem to care for new members....
I really want to get back into muscle cars. The wife...not so much. It's been an uphill battle to go back to 2-doors!
Here's another question. Do all GT500s come with manual passenger seats? I'm looking at a 2011-2012, but haven't been able to confirm it for any model years.
