Default New guy from Oregon

Hey everyone, new to the forums & Mustangs. I ride sport bikes and have mainly been an 4x4 kinda guy up till now. I'm looking at picking up a 94-01 Mustang in the next few weeks. I would prefer a non-convertible GT with a 5spd, but have considered a v6 model as well. Hoping for some solid advice on what to look for. My budget is 3-4K.

Jump in the tech section. You'll find all the info you need about that model. Here's the links:

Hey bud, welcome!

The good thing about Ford selling a quarter of a million Mustangs or so per year in those days is that they're still super easy to find and pretty affordable. I don't know your budget, but if you can afford a GT, you gotta do it. Those particular V6s are somewhat lacking...

PS... Ok I am blind, after hitting 'post' I immediately saw that you clearly stated your budget! *Sigh* getting old sucks, don't do it. Anyway, you can find GTs in that price range, but they'll likely be high mileage... Just gotta check em out carefully. Don't necessarily let high miles deter you, if taken care of they'll still be solid after 100k or more miles...
