My names Mike, I have had acouple mustang over the years, At the moment i have a 95 base v6 with a 5 speed that i dropped in a carbed 98 explorer 302. I hope to finish it up soon, but im having problems with the stock intake pump with a mallory 3 port regulator. Even with the regulator backed out i was having 6 psi of pressure. People are saying its the stock v6 return line causing the problem. So im dropping the tank and going to run a external pump. Hopefully that will get it on the road.

Cool, thanks guys, So far the swap has gone very easy. The biggest thing has been this fuel issue. I took the tank out last night, just have to decide what fuel pump to go with. Im thinking a holley red should be good for what i need.
