Default New Guy 02GT

Hey guys, new to the EFI and newer than 1980 world. Traded my 1979 CJ7 for a 2002 Mustang GT Convertible 5spd. Car ha about 117K miles and an off road X-pipe with Flowmasters, no cats. Since then I've put a Diablosport tune on it and done some routine tune-up work on it. Couple new COP's and new plugs had it running great. I'm thinking I may have a bad intake gasket as there was oil around several of the plugs and I believe I have a couple of the new ones fouled out now. I've got a light miss at idle (no codes) and am smoking a little (only out the right side exhaust even though its got the x-pipe). Had to put a couple used tires on it while I wait to get all the title work squared away (there were a few issues, but the last registered owner has been very helpful). So far I'm very pleased, but was really hoping this thing would be faster than it is. I have a 71 C10 longbed that will run circles around this car with sbc I built. Like I said above, not new to cars, but def new to tuning and playin with EFI cars. Most I do with those is routine maintenance on my POV's. I'm really looking forward to learning and playing on this thing, and really hope you guys can point me in the right directions!
