So back when I was in High School I bought a used '69 mustang for 900 bucks about 5 months worth of paper route money, this was back in '85 and had a lot of fun with it. But I joined the army stuck the mustang in the garage and put off working on it until now, that my son is in high school. He wants more of a restomod version of what is in the garage now. So we bought a 302 as it had a 6 cylinder are going to change it to a 5 speed as it was only a 3 speed and upgrade the suspension, exhaust and steering. If anyone has any suggestions let me know, it would be greatly appreciated. We took the 302 out of a wrecked 87 pulled the fuel injection so we could go with the original carb look of that era of mustang. Still looking for an intake and carb, then starting on the transmission. But I think the part that I am going to need the most help with is the suspension.
