Just a formal hello I suppose. I've been a member for years but haven't owned a Ford since I was 19. I've built several cars. The last was a WRX which ended up being one of the fastest USDM powered 2.0l in the country. Fun car but VERY expensive to mod. My transmission was $6500 and I broke it the first day at the track. No fun. The older I have gotten the more I have realized there really is no substitute for displacement. Aside from that, 600whp out of a 2.0l motor is only going to last but so long, built or not. 5-600 out of a 5.8 in a 2500lb car should be much more reliable. That's the plan at least.Just trying to figure out the direction I need to go with heads and internals to rich my goals. Swap is pretty straight forward.
