New member with bouncing problems :(
Hey guys, finally figured out how to post after a few minutes. I just bought my first car, a 95 GT. It came with H&R lowering springs and its bouncy. Did the struts and shocks need to be changed along with the springs? Is there anything else I can do to reduce the bouncing?

Welcome to the forum.
As 99 said above, if your car continues to bounce after you stop pushing on it, your struts or shocks are worn out. If it doesn't, then your suffering from "lowered car syndrome ", or LCS.
They ride like crap, but look cool while you get your fillings knocked out.

Yes there should be no bounce the springs maybe cut instead of the lowering springs and your shocks may be gone I would check that.. All 3 of my mustangs are lowered and they ride and handle great no bounce...
