Default 2001 GT problems

Im going to make this short. A few months ago my air intake manifold cracked and started leaking coolant into the spark plugs. Ever since this my car has had a miss and I cannot seem to fix it. Is it the ECM messing with the injectors? Coolant leak? EGR? Things done:
Air intake manifold replaced
MAF, IAC and throttle body cleaned
Fuel filter changed.
Spark plugs and coils replaced(all 8)
First start in 5 weeks. Is this steam or white smoke from something bad like a head gasket?

Welcome to the forum, but I'd start a new thread in the Tech Section for your year car. You'll get alot more attention over there. And the steam is normal on a cold morning, its just the condensation burning off from inside the exhaust. Should go away once it's warmed up.
