Default New Guy

Recently acquired a 66 coupe. As you can see from pic it needs a lot of work. It's been a long time since I worked on these toys (I worked on them when they were new). I have a lot of questions and looking for a place to get some answers. The guy I bought it from gave me a lot of stuff he had bought over the years like front fenders, interior upholstery etc. It was running and tagged when I got it about 2 months ago. I have started pulling the engine for some minor modifications. You'll probably get tired of me soon.

Welcome to the forum Bob, glad to have you. Congrats on your '66. You should be all done by May......

Check out the Classics sub forum in the Tech section. You'll get all the info you need. Good luck

Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the club! Looks like it's gonna be an exciting project. Should be a lot of fun to work on. Will you make a build thread once you get started?

Thanks for the welcome guys. Yeah, it'll be done by May 201? Is there some place on here for a 'build thread'? Don't know my way around yet.

There's a Classics sub forum in the Tech area, and I thought a build thread forum also.

EDIT: Nope, no forum for build threads.
