Default 2015 Mustang GT a/c problems

I have seen the post of other owners having a/c problems. The a/c has went out twice on my 2015 Mustang GT . First time was told the blend door was the problem . The car was in the shop for three days and Ford refused to pay for loaner car. Just happened again over the weekend. Was told by the dealer that the evaporator is probably bad. They have done several at this dealer. Again no loaner vehicle. Really disappointed in Ford. There seems to be multiple problems. Ford will lose customers over a $35.00 rental car.

The car only has 14,000 miles on it.

Welcome to the forum.

That suprises me about that dealer, as I've heard mostly good things about other dealers.

Hope they start taking care of this properly. I'd think they'd want to keep you happy.

Sorry to hear about the problems, and hope you get it resolved.

But you realize that Ford doesn't control the dealer. It isn't Ford denying you a loaner, it is the dealer. Ford doesn't own or run a dealership. It is up to a dealer to make a decision what their business model will be - some will give you a loaner and others won't.

I would start calling someone higher up the food chain with Ford.

Sorry about all your troubles.
