Another new guy
Hello!
I just joined the forum. Always been a fan of the Mustang, but never owned one. I have restored an old British sports car, and several 70's and 80's vintage Japanese motorcycles. I have decided that it's time to hang up my motorcycle jacket, and transition to a "fun car", and the Mustang ragtop is my choice. Specifically, I am looking at SN95/New Edge GT's. I just missed out on a really clean, triple black beauty (2000, one owner, low miles), but I am going to look at another car today. This will be a sunny day car, that will reside in the garage during Michigan's crappy weather. I know the later cars (New Edge) made more HP than the early 4.6L and 5.0L motors, but I have kinda out-grown the boy-racer stage - more of a old-fogey grandpa type these days - and I figure any of the GT's are going to serve me just fine.
I have been active members in many forums over the years, and am familiar with how they work, but it will take me some time to learn the nuances of this one (every one is a little different in my experience). Look forward to learning from you folks.
