Should I purchase the 2019 eco boost now or wait a few months?

That's a question only you can answer, but personally if I was gonna drop the cake for a new car I would probably get the new Supra. As far as waiting until August, well, can you live without the car for the rest of the summer?

Are there going to be any major changes? Am I going to regret buying the 2019 ecoboost now and not waiting for the 20?

If you wait you will have 20 more horsepower, but you can accomplish the same by just turning the boost pressure up by 2psi. The car is over weight by like 1000 pounds, and if anything the 2020 might be fatter. Too much weight for a 2.3 liter

Yea. The 2020 is going back to the fox body with more electronics than the space shuttle, all linked up to the new 5g, so they can track your movements and know everywhere the car goes "in case it gets stolen", but they are using a lead frame for ballast. They are saying that it's so if you are going downhill it will keep accelerating even after the aluminum 2.3 blows its guts out all over the freeway. I'm really excited to see the new mustang's at the track where they will be running whopping high 10's (in the 1/8)

Looks basically the same to me, I'm just saying from a technical perspective, that a 2.3 4 cylinder turbo motor is gonna be under lots of stress pushing a 3700 pound car uphill. Would you put a 4 cylinder in a 70 chevelle? I wouldn't buy one at all cause of this. Motor will be worn out to the point that it won't even pull a dead ***** out of the bed in about 15 to 20 years. I wouldn't go with the 4.0 v6 either. It's a junk motor, and everyone of them eventually break the timing chain guides. There are no timing marks and it's the dumbest thing I have ever seen.

Is it really that bad? I’m 18 and this is going to be my first car. Never saw any concerns about the uphill thing mentioned anywhere else.
