Hey guys and gals. So recently I bought sequential tail light kit, and raxiom tail light modifier. A few days later i realized my fog lights and dash lights werent working. Today i swapped the 30max fuse for the fog lights and boom. My fog lights work, and dash lights work including the "you left your headlights on" warning chime. However, I smelled smoke in the car and realized it was my tail light harness that was smoking. I turned my lights off and the smoking stopped, but now my tail lights dont work, and my car started hesitating and finally shutoff. Any ideas and help from anyone will be greatly appreciated. Also prior to this the car ran like a champ, and has a new engine with barely 6k miles on it.

 

It would help to know what you have model year differences could yield different answers.
