I’m having a problem of getting my new LED driving/fog lights to work. When I connect them to the wiring plug they will not activate, but when I connect the original lights back in –they work okay. Its as if the lighting control module does not recognize the new lights. When I connect the new lights directly to the batter the work. So I’m thinking it’s the module. Has anybody had the same problem???

 

Did you get the correct kit for your current headlights?

 

The lights I bought are supposed to just mount & plug in. I checked the circuit and there is power to the light but the light won't come on. I tested the lights directly to the battery and they work. So I'm a little mystified, not being an electrician.
You mentioned a kit there was no kit that came with the lights. Can you fill me in??
