Default Car Jerking when accelerating too hard.

So i have a 02 Gt.. Recently put a catless xpipe on replacing the stock hpipe. I never tuned the car and eventually after 2 weeks the car started to jerk and buck if i gave it too much gas. I figured that putting the hpipe back on would fix the issue, but the car still bucks alot when i give it too much gas, and it seems alot harder for me to grab gears with the clutch. I checked the driveshafts U joints, and they were good. I also dont have a check engine light and im not sure if its the rear, trans, a mount, the clutch or flywheel. I have no idea and the car seems to get progressively worse. Please Help!
