I’m not sure I’m posting this right. Hopefully I am and I get some help. A link to post would be much more helpful as there are too many links to different things on here and navigating the site is a little stressful. Anyway. Just wondering if anyone has had issues with theirs. 2016 Ecoboost premium. CEL came on yesterday at 60,115. The ride doesn’t feel different. Still has power. The only thing that’s changed is, it doesn’t start with my remote anymore. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

 

If you have a CEL that means you have a code. Without the code everyone would just be guessing at one of a thousand possibilities. Go to Autozone or any of the car places and they can pull the code and that will pinpoint the issue.

 

 

Here's a thought, take it to the dealer and ask them to fix it.

 

You need to go to an auto parts store or the dealership and have them scan the car for the code. That will tell you what is going on with it. Your remote start will not work as long as there is a CEL on.
