Default Off-road H pipe problems

Okay so recently i've ordered lethal performance's off-road h pipe for my 2012 3.7. Problem is, is that it's catless mid pipe. even though i haven't received the part yet, i've gone to a few exhaust shops and so far no one is willing to touch the cats. haven't mentioned the mid pipe just asked about getting a true straight pipe ie: cat delete. So i was wondering is it smarter to wait for the part to come in and see if they will put the new cat less mid pipe on. or just cancelling my order and getting a mid pipe with a high flow cat on it. thanks

You will probably not find a shop willing to pull the cats off your car -- not willing to risk a federal offense by doing so.

Also, if you do install it, you will need to change the tune to adjust for the lack of cats.
