Default Fuses

I’m very new to working on cars so I will have more questions soon, so my signals don’t work not sure if it’s the bulb or something else but it doesn’t show on the dashboard at all. For my 99 V6

Here’s my fuse not sure what’s missing

Look at the fuse diagram in the car Owners' Manual. If you have no manual, you are at a serious disadvantage; try to get one.
