I get this every time I start my car. Its parked in my garage, with a 1GB net connection connected and available to it. I turned on the cars own cellular data connection. Its driving me crazy. You can see both active networks in the screenie. Ford pass app doesn't seem to help. If I follow the prompts, its just finds the data connection its already connected to.

What year is the car? You can download the latest updates on https://owner.ford.com/tools/account...p-to-date.html if you have a usb that your are willing to format. It should go off the wifi from your bluetooth connected device. If your phone is connected to Sync and has wifi connection it should update.
