ok guys this is what is going on... i bought my 06 gt on sep 22 and now it will be 90 days of me having the car in my possession on the 22 of dec and they have not got me finance yet .... what should i do

i bought the car from sun rise ford in van nuys and its been all most 3 months of me having the car and the have not financed me yet..... any help would be a great help on what i should do

please help

my job because im a union ironworker and they could not prove that ive been working for the union for 10 years... i sent them a bank statment and they still could not get me financed

 

Assuming you already tried your bank...find a credit union ..there might even be one associated with isron workers

 

ive got over 30 decline letters form banks to credit unions and even sunrise ford turned me down

 

i wonder if the dealership has a legal obligation to get the financing for you within "X" number of days. If they do, you may not have a legal obligation to keep it. What I mean to say is that they may have passed that timeframe and you might be driving it around without a valid bill of sale, thus possibly in possession of a stolen vehicle... I would seriously look into the CA fair lending laws.. There might be some answers there. Or maybe a state agency that oversees consumer lending.

i have a singed contract saying that it is mine and they singed it and i signed it... i have a binding contract so the car cant be stolen ..

will they have to give me the car for free if they cant get me financed

 

Sounds like the ***** in your court. Very strange they would let you drive away without secured financing. Do you have CA plates yet?

 

it had ca plates when i got the car.....and they sold my car i traded in too

 

so hows the 808 doing i miss it there and all of my fam that still lives there ..
