Default Evap

I have a 2017 eco and had a code p144c and changed the evap, code is still in the car it hasn't cleared itself. I cleared the engine light. Should I do a smoke test, there has to be a vacuum leak! Driving me crazy car isn't right!

Just had it scanned again and went through the whole car, code came up for ride control actuator!!!
