Default Burnt rubber smell only when is raining or snowing

My 2020 Mustang smells burnt rubber when I drive on wet roads in cold weather or roads covered with snow. It will actually smell stronger when the road is snowy.
Lately I had to start it remotely to warm it up because it spent the night outside and it is winter and the smell was very strong when I got in the car. I drove on a snowy road the day before.
When I took it to the dealer it was a day when the road was dry...obviously.
I explain the warming up event and they looked at me like I was from another planet.
Cannot be the tires or brakes. The car wasn't moving.
Any idea?
Thanks

Maybe you have a belt that's slipping? It may do that when it's cold out and it sort of smells like tire smoke.
