I just got a 2014 mustang gt and I’m looking to mod it. know I want kooks exhaust system but was looking for recommendations for a good brand for suspension, not looking for low just good sturdy smooth ride. Any other mod recommendations and brands for turbos / other chargers very welcomed

 

Go to a website like LMR.com or American Muscle and check out their complete suspension systems and get something cohesive. I like the Ford Racing or Roush systems and have use them before. Anything from Koni or Bilstein is going to be great as well.

 

Any recommendations for rims/wheel brands?

 

Really depends on your budget. Forged are going to be the lightest and most expensive. LMR has the SVE brand that is flow formed, lighter than stock, lots of different styles, and very reasonably priced. I would lean toward 19" in a staggard size because they give you room for bigger brakes, good tire availability, and tire sidewall for a smoother ride.

 

By any chance would you know where to find upgraded pistons and rods, been looking and can’t find anything.
