Red face Mustang Mach 1 Sync 3 screen issue

Hi,

I have recently purchased a 2021 Mach 1 Mustang and it has started an issue with the info screen which is Sync 3 with 3.4 update!

as soon as I power up, the screen is ghosting and going through all modes randomly changing settings on all functions......sat nav, radio, heating, phone and even sending location requests to people in my phone book!
I have had a Ghost 2 immobilizer fitted and initially thought that may be interfering with the system but had it back to installers who have de activated it so it is not recognized on system and had dash and module out so nothing has any chance of touching screen but it is still doing it!

Has anyone else had this issue please or any ideas what could be causing this issue?

Many thanks in advance

Mick

Hi and thank you for the add to this group.

I'm new to the Mustang scene and have recently purchased a 2021 Mach 1 which I love with the exception of a frustrating electrical issue with the Sync 3 screen but have put a separate thread on about that if anyone could advise if they have experienced a similar issue please.

I'm from Sheffield UK and look forward to further chats and knowledge on these cars from other members

UK alright...Have you contacted the dealer about any potential flashes to remedy the issue?

I buddy, yes I’ve contacted dealer and all software is current and upto date!
I’ve had it into an auto electrical specialist who has had dash and module out to check nothing is touching the screen anywhere and checked all electrical components running upto the module and all as they should be so at a bit of a loss
