hey guys...i'm looking into getting a late 90's mustang something to drive in the winter months, as you may know from my SN i have a S2000 currently and it's not a very good winter car.Would i be able to get a mustang for about 6-8k for a late 90's model..?how the does the car run in rainy weather?Anything i should know about the cars from those years?Just basic information about the car pros and cons....

Thanks for any information
