I frequent a couple of forums on car audio and ford trucks, but I am new to this site. I have been waiting for my parents to sell the '94 gt they bought new when I was 18, and they finally said I could get it. I was affectionatly nicknamed the "momstang" by my buddies as it was her car. Unfortunatly it is in Indiana and I am in arizona, but I will fix that later.

I have been installing car audio and security for over 10 yrs now, come to think of it the "momstang" was the first car I put an alarm in.. I worked fulltime as an installer through college until I graduated and got a good offer to move to AZ. I still do some work for a local shop when they are busy and I have the time, it is alot more fun when it isn't 40 hrs a week.

I plan on keepin it forever but I do not plan on keeping it stock. I would love to put a supercharger and some side pipes on it down the road when I finish my Ranger and have some cash available. I am sure I will get more ideas of what to do later....

Welcome! Sounds like a good plan... and I'm sure you can offer some good advice on audio for the guys here who are interested in that.

Yeah i agree you should hit up the audio section there are always people lookin for help there. Well welcome to the site id love to see some pics so when you get the chance if you have any post some up!!! oh and as for mods id deff throw some U/D pullies on it as one of your early mods you notice the differnce big time!!

the momstang is what it is... I couldn't change the name if I wanted to as my buddies will never let it go. It is a little bit of rough love really... It will sound better telling the story in another 20 yrs.
