SHOW HOURS: Friday 3:00 P.M. to 10:00 P.M., Saturday 10:00 A.M. to 10:00
P.M., Sunday 10:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Exhibitors can enter the building 1
hour prior to opening with their exhibitor passes. EXHIBITOR ENTERANCE IS
AT THE REAR OF THE BUILDING AT DOOR 35A. PLEASE BE ADVISED AT 10:00 A.M.
FRIDAY WE WILL HAVE STUDENTS IN THE SHOW. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR AREA IS
SECURE.
EXHIBITOR PASSES: At registration each entry will receive 2 Exhibitor
Passes valid for all open days of the show. Additional passes, limit of 6,
can be purchased for $20.00 each, and must be purchased before the show
opens to the public on Friday.
RULES & REGULATION: Fire regulations require no more than 1/8 tank of fuel
in vehicles. All gas caps must be taped or locking, and batteries must be
either disconnected or turned off with a “kill” switch. Vehicles must have
a floor covering to absorb oil leaks and displays must be freestanding and
constructed of fireproof materials. We’d like to emphasize that, unless
you’re requested otherwise, we’re holding a 10’X20’ for cars and trucks,
and a 10’X10’ for motorcycles.
DISPLAYS: We encourage exhibitors to share information about their entries
with show spectators. We however, discourage participants from lounging in
displays with friends and family members and, in consistence with facility
regulation, coolers and outside food are not allowed in the building
during open hours. Exhibitors should realize they are on display, along
with their vehicles. All exhibitors must adhere to a reasonable standard
of dress and conduct, clean, presentable attire is required.
OUT OF TOWN EXHIBITORS: Special rates have been arranged at the Sheraton
Cleveland Airport. For reservations call the hotel at 216-267-1500, tell
them you are with AUTO-RAMA and get our rate of $75.00 plus tax.
ELECTRICAL: If your entry does require an electrical outlet, reduced rates
are available to those who contract by March 4th

AWARDS PRESENTATION: Class & Special awards presentation will be Sunday
afternoon in The Action Arena Area. You must be at the awards presentation
to receive trophies or cash awards, If you are unable to attend, we
suggest you make arrangements to have someone represent you. Any awards
not picked up by the end of the presentation will be forfeited.
MOVE OUT: Any entrant dismantling before trophy presentation has been
concluded will be disqualified. Please be courteous to your fellow
entrants. In order to ease move-out congestion, drivable cars will be
permitted to leave first after the presentation has been concluded. After
that tow vehicles and trailers will be allowed in the building. All
displays must be removed Sunday evening.
