I'm heading up with track friday with some buddys that normaly run points.They are going to let them runs slicks and open headers to put a show on for the crowd.Hes running 8.1 at over 160 with a 540 big block in a chevy malibu.I'm going to bring up my 97 s351 all stock to see if I can get it in the elevens.Any of you guys heading up? if so we can meet up

Welp, was up there tonight.
Jaymac was there as well.
I thought I had found your Saleen, not too positive on the color.
Just knew it was a 97 Saleen.

So after 2 ****ty runs(one hotlap) parked RIGHT next to it.
But then I didn't even know who to look for.
So there's another problem.
So left my car there for about 20 mins and kept stopping by during the night for a sec.
Didn't see ya at all.

And if you did see mein fox.
It was such a ****ty night.
Way too humid/hot.
Was running about 2-4mph slower than I should be...
Best of the night was around a 13.1@112

No sticky tires + ****ty weather = Ob get's no good runs.

But damn, did you see that silver single turbo fox?!
MY GOD!!!
LOW 8's at 180+mph!!
Ended up talking with him for a few mins after the night was over.
Told him his car was so very friggin sick.
Asked how much boost he was running...
30psi!!!!!!
Apparently he's making around 1600hp...

Also found out he's a dealer/installer person for Turbonetics.
So nabbed his number and a catalog and I'll skim through it.
Sounded amazing as the turbo spooled...
Anyhoo, had a great night. Despite what I ran on street tires.
