Default Amsoil question.

It seems theres alot of talk/heat/ and debate related to amsoil oils. All that aside I was curious what the average price per quart that everyone pays for it? I never really looked into the price and I'm sure it various greatly depending on who you get it from, so I guess my question is for all the amsoil fans in here, what do you pay for the oil per quart?

Since there are various 'blends' it depends on which one you're talking about.

I'm a dealer and I pick up directly from the whse so my cost is less than someone who needs it shipped to them.

Amsoil 100% syn 5W30 is sold in their catalog for $9.15
0W30 is $10.50
0W20 is $9.45

5W20 is only sold in their XL, and OE line of oils. fyi

Dealers and preferred customers pay the same price for oil. You can't buy it any cheaper than that.

Becoming a preferred customer

Becoming an Amsoil Dealer

Honestly, avoid 5W-20 and go straight for the 0W-30 or 5W-30. Read the thread below to understand why.

CAFE Laws

Also, Amsoil's XL and OE line up are both 100% synthetic according to Mobil 1

but too be fair...

Mobil 1, Castrol, Pennzoil, and Quaker State all do it. They all identify group III base stocks as synthetic.

but for some reason....I love to hate on Mobil 1.
