Performance Chip???

Performance Chip???
I have looked at some performance chips that offer 20+ HP gains in about ten minutes. Any truth to this and what are the potential harms from this. The application would be on an 04 GT - Stock except Flowmaster Exhaust. Anyone have any expirience with these or have any recomendations? Thanks.
