I have a UPR catch can for sale, #5032-05-04. It's a few years old but works perfectly. It has the optional GT logo machined on the top. I had it installed on my 2006 Mustang GT.
I had the car in for some work and some hamfist damaged the shorter hose, the one running from the can to the valve cover. The longer hose running to the intake manifold is fine. It wouldn't be hard at all to fabricate a new hose. The longer hose has the OE Ford type snap on connector-easy install. I decided to buy one of their newer design cans.
The UPR cans are the best on the market. Sorry, picture should be rotated 90 deg. CCW.
