I'm almost done putting in my NX wet kit. I just wanted to get a few suggestions on where to put the WOT switch?

Depends on what kinda switch it is. Is it an electrical switch that you wire into the harness or is it one that actually needs to be pressed or pulled to activate it?

If you go with a traditional micro switch, you can mount it on the tb assembly like this:
