what is the best setup i can do to gain the most HP and torque but still pass the california emissions test. i was thinking of magnaflow catback and xpipe but that stuff costs too much... is there any brand that performs as well as magnaflow but costs less... get back to me thanks

I'm not sure if they have the X-pipe but I'm sure they do....RPMoutlet has some good prices IMO.

 

Ninosport.com has the Catted X, Short X..to keep the cats on and the catback. Probably right in line with RPMOutlet and free shipping.
