anyone running nitrous oxide?

how did your fuel puddle up in the upper intake?? was it over a long period of time or were u shooting nitrous for a long time all at once?

how can fuel puddle up in the intake over a period of time?? how would the fuel not just run down throw the intake?

Dude, listen closely, THE ROUGH SURFACE OF THE INSIDE OF THE RUNNER COLLECTS FUEL. Read any nitrous book and it will tell you the same. Im just sorry I didnt read the book until after the explosion

just put a new dry kit on my 89 over the weekend..It snowed before i had a chance to test but it wasnt to bad to hook up.

so basically, if u have a 5.0 and u r running a wet kit, u will have an explosion at some time?

there's been many times that i've got in my car and cranked it and heard a little pop like it was inside the dashboard. was that just a small case of detonation?

Its one of those things that COULD happen. And of course it had to happen to me!!! LOL Im not saying it will happen to you but using a plate inbetween the upper and lower is a less risky way to go
