Yes H/C/I swap first then supercharger to get full potentiol.

Also Maf, Innjectos, Pump, Regulator, MSD box (prevent detonation), and the all important tune.

 

I just did mine on an 86 GT and you need to do fuel pump, 190 lph at least, fuel pressure regulator, MAF, and I blew the lower intake gasket the first day, so now an doing a Trick Flow upper and lower intake. I'm probably doing injectors too, so I'll need to change the tube in the MAF and possibly the plate in the FMU.
