Well, i finally put my X-pipe on. Its a 98 GT. 5-speed. FlowMaster American Thunder cat backs. I installed a UPR Xpipe. I bought it for 139.99. No problems except i had to use heat on one stud at the manifold. And it hit on one part but i fixed that. Its deff. LOUD. I left work after installing it and i love it. It sounds nice, even though people say flows sound bad. I like the sound. Its a huge magnet for races too. Around here at least. everyone i have takin for a ride tonight loves it. Install time, about 45 minutes for me.

 

Yea, I figured yours would sound nice too. Oh, bty I'll be home next thursday (the 15th) for the weekend. We'll have to do something. You already put your gears in too?

 

Thats awesome. I havent installed my gears yet. I have to wait 5-7 days for STEEDA to send my speedo gear. Then in come the 3.73's. Tony is going to Epping Drag way with his Z28 on the 16th. You should come. I dont know if i'll race the pony yet. Maybe. lol. But yeah the pipes are amazing. I raced a black pony with Cobra R's on it and spanked him. Then with ME, Chris, and Tony in it, i dominated a Civic hatch. He thought he was something. lol. Tony and Chris got the biggest kicks out of it. I woke up his whole neighborhood too. Tony thinks is faster than his Z28.. But i dunno. Chris says hes thinking high 11's after sending his WRX down south, for some engine work. We'll see about that. You know chris
