Default Header Wrap?

What is your opinion on header wrap? Does it make a noticeable difference?
Also what are some good catalogs for Fox body Mustangs? Any Mustang specific catalogs?

From what I've heard they can add to rust and corosion on headers since they trap junk in with them. It's really more of a race thing when you're really running your engine hot. As for catalogues get the one from 50resto.com OMG it's amazing. They've got like everything you can imagine, they have stuff I didn't even know I needed

I heard keeping the heat in the header helps with scavenging, I am thinking about wraping my headers.

If it's not a race car I wouldn't waste my time on it.

The facts about headerwrap:

With coated headers, the wrap will never rot them. Even with untreated headers, it would take years upon YEARS of winter driving to cause any damage.

It is a real bitch to wrap your headers while they are on the car. For the effort, that extra 1hp, give or take a few isn't worth it. But, if you are having overheating problems or prefer to run as cool as possible for whatever reason...go right ahead.
