im getting new exhaust and im getting MAC longtube 3 inch collectors and the prochamber. what would be the best sounding muffler? should i just go with MAC's mufflers or something else i want good tone too

 

IMO flowmaster 40's are the best, but if you want something different go with SLP.... also, why 3 inch? what are your mods.... 2.5 is usually the better choice

I have mac flowpath mufflers and they sound awesome, if your going with mac everything else just finish it off with the mac mufflers, they sound good and wont dissapoint. also i would go 2.5 not 3 it wont sound better by any means.

 

yeah, louder. but having 3in on a motor that doesn't put out enough power to need 3in is overkill. you will actually end up losing power, esp. low end torque, over a 2.5in system. i would go 2.5
