I have a o/r x-pipe I need to install.

But when i took it out of the box the other day. I noticed it dose'nt have a place for hangers. Do I need them.......?????



(I know the stock H has some, right in the middle)

 

Mine didn't have any and nither did my stocker.

 

huh u had hangers? uhh what year car you have ? the catback has hangers but not the x pipe.

 

yea what they said - no hangers used on the mid-pipe

 

its a 96'

Maybe they are'nt connected to the H pipe. It LOOKED like i had some.

I will look again.

 

Yep, my '98 does. It's a piece in the welded between the two sides of the X or H pipe. The sotck one had it and so does the magnaflow X. There's a piece right behind where the two sensors plug in in a black tray where a piece that swivels w/ 2 bolts sticking out bolts onto the bracket on the X/H pipe.

 

yeah thats what mine has...


Do yall think i should have some welded to my x before i put it in?
