i have a new motor for my mach 1. all forged, arp studs bolts, thick head gasket, headers alomost completely redone new part. the compression is going to 11.5:1 and im think of doing a direct port 200 shot progressive system. would do you think because right now i have a wet single fogger system capable of 75,150,175.? please reply

I'm not a fan of progressive systems. All or nothing. If it doesn't hook, upgrade the suspension.

why whats your opinion on the progressive system? isnt it safer on the motor?

Not really. The nitrous is going to get there anyway. Use an rpm activated window switch so it doesn't come on too low in the rpm and keeps it off the rev limiter up high. I'm not a fan of the progressive systems specifically because they wear out solenoids fast. If you're leaving of the transbrake on 200hp and you want it at 500hp within 2 seconds, that's one thing. But for the other 99.99% of us, I think the guys are using progressive controllers for either A. a novelty or B. to mask their suspension problems.

youll have much better times if you run have the 200shot hit right away AND have a suspension that can handle it
