Would putting a 6psi blower on my basically stock stang be really bad with gas mileage or only when i floor it? thx

 

only when you floor it. the sc doesnt really do much/anything below 3000rpms

 

i can drive around semi quickly without even going into boost.

 

My gas mileage already sucked B4 my S/C. At WOT I can see the hand on the fuel gauge move
a little. The FMU may have something to do with that, I dunno.

 

I'm running 18.5 mpg with mixed driving (local and hwy.) and my boost guage gets a regular workout.

 

I get 16 mpg with my setup and i dont daily drive my car its to take out and beat on it so its always ran hard i use to have a 01 silverado blown with an FMU and that thing only got 10MPG so think an FMU does have alot to do with bad gas mileage but i am no fuel economy expert so i could be wrong

 

i get 23mpg highway with my setup.

i average 13.2 miles a gallon...cant figure out wha is wrong.......

 

Sucks. My expedition get's better than that. I'll sell you that & you can use it as your econo box.
