why is it so much better to get a catback vs just getting the muffler replacements? for an example im talkin about tthe magnapack catback and just he pack replacements. what is the benefit of spending the extra 300 or so dollars?

 

With a good quality cat-back, like Magnaflow, you get stainless steel exhaust - which is mandrel bent. Also, with any cat-back you usually get larger piping for better flow. If your just wanting the sound then by all means just weld in replacements - otherwise if performance is your goal get a cat-back.
