anyone use this combo on a 4.6GT? Would this be raspy? thanks

 

I think it would be sweet

 

IMO, X-pipes add a little rasp to anything. I had an X-pipe on a 96GT and it even made my 40 series flows sound raspy, though it was a unique sound. It would definatly be somthing different. I would try it at least.

 

X pipe is a lot better performance added than the H will ever be. If you are looking for good performance then go for the X... if you are looking for nothing but the deep sound and not as much performance then get the H.

 

The only problem with that is the Brola part.

 

Borlas suck on a Mustang. My friend has those on his Saleen and it sounds like shyte.

 

Yeah, I can take anything on a Mustang, even Flows...but Borlas really sound terrible.

 

LOL there is only one person here who will disagree with you guys and Im sure he will appear in no time. For some strange reason Razor19 loves borla. I also remember MellowYellow liked Borla also. She has disappeared though. My roommates WS6 has a borla muffler and I think it sounds awsome. So borla is alright... just not on stangs. LOL

Borlas are also loud.

I think that all they offer are the Stingers now, and with a stock H it is very loud.
