more boost
psi isn't everything. you should set your goals to a specific power range and try and get there. you can run 15psi on a car and only make like 400RWHP.
that wasn't an actual number, i'm just pulling one out of my **** to prove a point. so all of you shaddap!

you need to change your s/c pulley look on the pulley you have now and go with a smaller diameter i am going to say you would need a 3.3-2.9 inch pulley is the range you stated 10-15psi you will also need to buy a new serpentine, i have only found one brand OVERDRIVE pulley its 7.5 made by innovators west and its 400 bucks for it how gay is that so do not get a bigger crank pulley also if anyone knows of a cheaper OVERDRIVE crank pulley please let us know
i found a bigger crank pulley, which is the same rib i have now ( 8 rib) 8 inch, which is bigger whihc means more boost, its for 194, ill get the link, im not really diggin the smaller pulley on the s/c becuase it will create more chance of a slippage, due to the size, and how much im making, so ill get a bigger crank ill show you the link.
right now dynoed i am making 489hp with 5psi, hopefully with 10psi ill make 530 or somewhere around there

wow 8 inch is a big increase i would image you would make atleast 12 psi minimum with that, well you have a 5.0 what size is your stock crank pulley??? on the 4.6's its 6.78 so going to 8 inch is a pretty damn huge increase the one they sell for my car is only 7.5 and you gain about 4 psi and i wouldnt worry about belt slippage with a 8-rib setup you can still go with a 3 inch sc pulley and have no problems expecially if you get the Reichard Racing ultra grip blower pulley theyre 150bucks tough and you dont have to worry about frying your alternator by overspinning it
